Madison Beer

MadisonAn avid musician and experimenter since a young age, Long Island, New York's Madison Elle Beer started posting videos of herself singing cover versions of popular songs when she was a 13-year-old in 2012. Within a few months, pop idol Justin Bieber came across her version of Etta James' "At Last" and shared it with more than 25 million of his followers on Twitter. The publicity that ensued resulted in her signing a record contract with Island Records and a management deal with Bieber's management the following year. Beer was also in the role of a supporting actor in Louder Than Words. This film, which was starring David Duchovny, premiered at the 2013 festival. The melismatic and poppy "Melodies," her debut single, came out at the end of 2013.
