Born and raised in Pennsylvania Molly was a professional actor when she was thirteen years old at Philadelphia s Prince Music Theater in a production called The Snow Queen. Following that, Molly portrayed Little Red Ridinghood for the Arden Theater s Into the Woods and received a nomination for the Barrymore Award. She went on to reprise the role in her Broadway debut at the age of 15 in Into the Woods on Broadway in 2002. She was also nominated for a Drama League Award. Molly also performed on The Broadway production of Fiddler on the Roof in 2004. Then, she attended Princeton University and was a member in the Triangle Club. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in 2008. At this point, that she made her film debut in the Disney film College Road Trip in the role of Wendy Greenhut. In this period she debuted as Wendy Greenhut in Disney's College Road Trip. After graduating Molly was in Off-Broadway productions of several productions, including End Days at Ensemble Studio Theater and in some productions on television, such as Royal Pains and an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly was a part of numerous regional plays, among them The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee performed by Barrington Stage Company in 2008 and the North Shore Music Theater's The Diary of Anne Frank in 2010. The Diary of Anne Frank at the Westport Country Playhouse in which Molly performed the role of Anne. Molly is well-known for her role as Ali who is a teen daughter, in Paranormal Activity 2, a 2010 film in which Jack Burditt directed and wrote the ABC comedy Last Man Standing starring Tim Allen.
